T\u00edm je zaji\u0161t\u011bna maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed ochrana proti onemocn\u011bn\u00ed tot\u00e1ln\u00ed likvidac\u00ed viru a p\u0159irozenou imunizac\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpad dal\u0161\u00ed reinfekce.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Naivn\u00ed CD4+ lymfocyty ( T helper =Th0 ) se diferencuj\u00ed do dvou funk\u010dn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fdch skupin na Th1 a Th2 subpopulaci, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed produkc\u00ed cytokin\u016f, kter\u00e9 syntetizuj\u00ed a uvol\u0148uj\u00ed do okol\u00ed a koordinuj\u00ed tak imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f vybalancovanou produkc\u00ed cytokin\u016f. Th1 vylu\u010duj\u00ed: IL-2, IL-12, IL-18 a gama interferon, Th2 vylu\u010duj\u00ed IL-4, 5,6,9 a IL-10.. Th1 podporuj\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou imunitu tj. tvorbu cytotoxick\u00fdch CD8+ T bun\u011bk a NK bun\u011bk. Bu\u0148ky Th2 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed humor\u00e1ln\u00ed imunitu. Aktivuj\u00ed B lymfocyty, aby za\u010daly produkovat specifick\u00e9 protil\u00e1tky.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvodem, pro\u010d doch\u00e1z\u00ed k propuknut\u00ed FIP u ko\u010dky naka\u017een\u00e9 enter\u00e1ln\u00edm virem, kter\u00fd zmutoval na FIPV s afinitou k makrof\u00e1g\u016fm, je nerovnov\u00e1ha mezi Th1 a Th2 reakc\u00ed. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k chybn\u00e9 eskalaci humor\u00e1ln\u00ed Th2 reakce a bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 Th1 reakce je v\u00edce m\u00e9n\u011b zcela utlumena. Stimulovan\u00e9 B lymfocyty produkuj\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed protil\u00e1tek. Protil\u00e1tky ozna\u010duj\u00ed virov\u00e9 partikule, ty jsou rychle lokalizov\u00e1ny a poz\u0159eny makrof\u00e1gy, kter\u00e9 se tak ale samy nakaz\u00ed. Virov\u00e1 strategie vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 protil\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 je maj\u00ed ozna\u010dit, aby usnadnily imunitn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu je nal\u00e9zt a zni\u010dit. Paradoxn\u011b \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce virov\u00fdch jednotek je takto ozna\u010deno, t\u00edm v\u00edce makrof\u00e1g\u016f se nakaz\u00ed a poslou\u017e\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00ed virov\u00e9 reprodukci. Napaden\u00e9 makrof\u00e1gy \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed infekci do cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Tvo\u0159\u00ed interleukin 6 a tak\u00e9 1, kter\u00e9 zodpov\u00eddaj\u00ed za vznik\u00a0 z\u00e1n\u011btu. Produkce TNF- \u03b1 (tumor necrosis factor \u03b1) zvy\u0161uje propustnost c\u00e9v a pokud se naka\u017een\u00e9 makrof\u00e1gy rozlij\u00ed do cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla, hroz\u00ed septick\u00fd \u0161ok a selh\u00e1n\u00ed org\u00e1n\u016f. V c\u00e9vn\u00edch st\u011bn\u00e1ch se ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed imunokomplexy, co\u017e je nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed protil\u00e1tek s nav\u00e1zan\u00fdmi virov\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi. Tato imunopatologick\u00e1 reakce je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na tvorb\u011b imunokomplex\u016f,\u00a0 kter\u00e9 se ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed nejenom v endotelu, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i v ledvin\u00e1ch,\u00a0 l\u00e1kaj\u00ed k sob\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky (neutrofily)\u2026 Doch\u00e1z\u00ed generalizovan\u011b k z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed c\u00e9v, zvy\u0161uje se jejich propustnost, lokalizovan\u00e1 imunitn\u00ed reakce vede ke vzniku pyogranulom\u016f\u2026 Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed FIP je v podstat\u011b autoimunitn\u00ed sebedestrukce obrovsk\u00e9ho rozsahu. Imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m ve snaze likvidovat virus po\u0161kozuje vlastn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi zjednodu\u0161en\u011b lze proces ve kter\u00e9m se uplat\u0148uje TPA popsat jako regulaci imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011bdi na infekci FeCoV pomoc\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu a aktivac\u00ed CD4+helper lymfocyt\u016f sm\u011brem k bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 Th1 imunitn\u00ed reakci. T\u00edm je zblokov\u00e1na mo\u017enost vzniku generalizovan\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Th1 kompeti\u010dn\u011b brzd\u00ed Th2. Th1 lymfocyty jsou rovn\u011b\u017e nezbytn\u00e9 pro aktivaci CD8+ cytotoxick\u00fdch lymfocyt\u016f. Ty jsou nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1strojem pro zni\u010den\u00ed virem infikovan\u00fdch bun\u011bk, jak\u00fdm t\u011blo disponuje.<\/p>\n<p><em>(U virov\u00fdch infekc\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k progresivn\u00ed ztr\u00e1t\u011b kontroln\u00ed funkce zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e9 CD8+ T bu\u0148kami vlivem poklesu populace CD4+ T lymfocyt\u016f. Funkce CD8 cytotoxick\u00fdch T lymfocyt\u016f toti\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo z\u00e1vis\u00ed na CD4+ Th1 subtypu. Tyto bu\u0148ky produkuj\u00ed IL-2, a IL-12 kter\u00e9 hraj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli p\u0159i stimulaci CD8+ cytotoxick\u00fdch T bun\u011bk proti vir\u016fm.
