P\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdskytu se uva\u017euje o genetick\u00e9 susceptibilit\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch lini\u00ed nebo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u201eagresivit\u011b\u201c konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho virov\u00e9ho kmene. M\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k eskalaci v\u00fdskytu smrteln\u00e9 formy FIP a\u017e k des\u00edtk\u00e1m procent. Mohou hynout jednotliv\u00e1 ko\u0165ata nebo postupn\u011b i cel\u00e9 vrhy. Nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupinou jsou mlad\u00ed jedinci do jednoho roku, resp. je\u0161t\u011b v men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e do t\u0159\u00ed let a tak\u00e9 senio\u0159i. L\u00e9\u010dba existuje, je ale finan\u010dn\u011b hodn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a pro majitele i ko\u010dku velmi zat\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proto je c\u00edlem pravd\u011bpodobnost propuknut\u00ed smrteln\u00e9 formy virov\u00e9 infekce sn\u00ed\u017eit na absolutn\u00ed minimum. Vzhledem k v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomnosti FcoV a vysok\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e promo\u0159en\u00ed populace ko\u010dek je prakticky nemo\u017en\u00e9 udr\u017eet chov FcoV negativn\u00ed. Vakcinace byla ukon\u010dena pro velmi problematick\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. I p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho welfare ko\u010dek, perfektn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b\u2026 je v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdskytu FIP mimo mo\u017enosti chovatele. Proto se jev\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>jako velmi perspektivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chovatelsk\u00e1 stanice v \u010cesku. V roce 2017 byl do chovatelsk\u00e9 stanice importov\u00e1n chovn\u00fd kocour ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed (Rusko). Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e byl vyu\u017eit\u00fd v chovu do\u0161lo k v\u00fdskytu FIP u dvou ko\u0165at ve v\u011bku 8 a 7 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v nov\u00fdch domovech. Tato ko\u0165ata sice nebyla v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m kontaktu s importem, ale vyskytovala se ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti. Mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f v dal\u0161\u00edch letech eskalovalo do \u0159\u00e1du des\u00edtek procent. V\u011bt\u0161ina ko\u0165at byla z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f kastrov\u00e1na a z\u016fstala v majetku chovatelsk\u00e9 stanice, co\u017e je dlouhodob\u011b neudr\u017eiteln\u00e9 z finan\u010dn\u00edch a prostorov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f. V\u00e1\u017en\u011b bylo uva\u017eov\u00e1no o ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010dinnosti chovatelsk\u00e9 stanice. Nemoc se projevila u p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch potomk\u016f importovan\u00e9ho kocoura i u nep\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch jedinc\u016f. Po nasazen\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae<\/strong>, se za rok a p\u016fl vyskytl jedin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad FIP, kter\u00fd byl vyl\u00e9\u010den pomoc\u00ed GS-441524.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chovatelsk\u00e1 stanice v Polsku zaznamenala \u201eepidemick\u00fd\u201c v\u00fdskyt FIP podobn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b. Po nasazen\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>se n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f nevyskytl \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad FIP. Terapie byla p\u0159eru\u0161ena a v z\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed do\u0161lo k op\u011btovn\u00e9mu vzplanut\u00ed epidemie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chovatelsk\u00e1 stanice na Slovensku zaznamenala v\u00fdskyt dvou p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f FIP v jednom vrhu s odstupem n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Po nasazen\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>seji\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad a\u017e do sou\u010dasnosti neobjevil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chovatelsk\u00e1 stanice v \u010cesku, po importu ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed se objevilo n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f FIP u ko\u0165at. Byly p\u0159el\u00e9\u010deny GS-441524. Po nasazen\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>v chovuonemocn\u011bl import. Byl vyl\u00e9\u010den a k dal\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdskytu FIP v chovu ji\u017e nedo\u0161lo. Jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed efekt pod\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae<\/strong> do\u0161lo k omezen\u00ed slzen\u00ed u n\u011bkter\u00fdch chovan\u00fdch britsk\u00fdch ko\u010dek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chovatelsk\u00e1 stanice v \u010cesku, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b famili\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdskyt FIP. Opakovan\u00fd v\u00fdskyt u potomk\u016f jedn\u00e9 ko\u010dky. Po nasazen\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong><strong>(<\/strong>vzhledem k form\u011b pod\u00e1n\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nepravideln\u00e9 a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nebo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 hladin\u011b proteinu u n\u011bkter\u00fdch ko\u0165at \u2013 byl aplikov\u00e1n na povrch tvarohu a n\u011bkter\u00e1 slab\u0161\u00ed ko\u0165ata se nemusela k TPA dostat v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed) do\u0161lo k v\u00fdskytu jednoho p\u0159\u00edpadu FIP. Ostatn\u00ed ko\u0165ata jsou zat\u00edm v po\u0159\u00e1dku. U jednoho se vyskytl p\u0159\u00edpad idiopatick\u00e9 autoimunity s destrukc\u00ed kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b (pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b po od\u010derven\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Situaci v chovatelsk\u00fdch stanic\u00edch a \u00fatulc\u00edch budeme i nad\u00e1le sledovat a douf\u00e1me, \u017ee z\u00edsk\u00e1me dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace, kter\u00e9 povedou k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fdch d\u016fkaz\u016f o v\u00fdznamu pou\u017eit\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>v oblasti eradikace FIP v chovech ko\u010dek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teoretick\u00e9 \u00favahy (tyto p\u0159edpoklady nejsou zat\u00edm exaktn\u011b potvrzeny, vych\u00e1z\u00edm z mechanismu p\u016fsoben\u00ed TPA a sou\u010dasn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed etiologie nemoci. Bude zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 zpracovat tuto problematiku pomoc\u00ed sofistikovan\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V mal\u00fdch chovech rodinn\u00e9ho typu s mal\u00fdm po\u010dtem chovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f m\u016f\u017ee teoreticky <strong>ProBoost \u00ae<\/strong> p\u0159isp\u011bt k \u00fapln\u00e9 eliminaci enterick\u00e9ho viru z chovu. Byly m\u011b\u0159eny zm\u011bny titru protil\u00e1tek v krvi u ko\u010dek a z p\u016fvodn\u011b velmi vysok\u00e9ho titru do\u0161lo b\u011bhem pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae<\/strong> k rychl\u00e9mu poklesu hladiny protil\u00e1tek na minimum, co\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o ukon\u010den\u00ed aktivn\u00ed infekce enter\u00e1ln\u00edm virem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i reinfekci je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fd vliv imunitn\u00ed pam\u011bti po prob\u011bhl\u00e9 p\u0159edchoz\u00ed vir\u00f3ze a snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed utlumen\u00ed infekce nebo dokonce vlivem z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 odolnosti zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed propuknut\u00ed n\u00e1kazy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch chovech s p\u0159\u00edpadnou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed fluktuac\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm obranyschopnosti jedinc\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eit pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu FIP. Jednak se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 celkov\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed virov\u00e9 n\u00e1lo\u017ee ve skupin\u011b, jednak se celkov\u00fdm ozdrav\u011bn\u00edm v d\u016fsledku lep\u0161\u00ed obrany p\u0159ed jin\u00fdmi infekcemi nebo autoimunitn\u00edmi nemocemi, obecn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed podm\u00ednek pro imunosupresi, kter\u00e1 je \u010dasto otev\u0159en\u00edm br\u00e1ny pro FIPV do krve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U ko\u0165at, kter\u00e1 jsou nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupinou krom\u011b pos\u00edlen\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 imunity a t\u00edm i zlep\u0161en\u00ed specifick\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi p\u0159i primoinfekci v 6. t\u00fddnu, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt p\u0159i pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>po odchodu do nov\u00e9ho domova s men\u0161\u00ed infek\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1lo\u017e\u00ed k \u00fapln\u00e9 eliminaci enter\u00e1ln\u00edho viru a uchov\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 rezistence po prod\u011blan\u00e9 st\u0159evn\u00ed n\u00e1kaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metodika:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ProBoost \u00ae<\/strong>, resp. TPA, je protein citliv\u00fd na p\u016fsoben\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00edch enzym\u016f. Z toho plyne, \u017ee optim\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u016fsob vst\u0159eb\u00e1n\u00ed TPA je na sliznici v dutin\u011b \u00fastn\u00ed. Vzhledem ke specifick\u00fdm nutri\u010dn\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm ko\u010dek je t\u0159eba jist\u00e9 kreativity p\u0159i pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prepar\u00e1tu tak, aby ho ko\u010dka pokud mo\u017eno l\u00edzala nebo p\u0159ed polknut\u00edm co nejv\u00edce zadr\u017eela v tlami\u010dce. V t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy zv\u00ed\u0159e nep\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 potravu lze aplikovat mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo mezi pysk a d\u00e1se\u0148 nebo pod jazyk b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho dne. U ko\u010dek, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e akceputuj\u00ed granule, lze denn\u00ed d\u00e1vkou <strong>ProBoost \u00ae<\/strong> impregnovat odm\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 denn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed granul\u00ed. Ko\u010dka je p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b po mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u011bhem cel\u00fdch 24 hodin. P\u0159ed polknut\u00edm granule kou\u0161e a tak se TPA alespo\u0148 z \u010d\u00e1sti m\u016f\u017ee vst\u0159ebat ji\u017e b\u011bhem tohoto procesu. Dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost je rozd\u011blit denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku alespo\u0148 na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti a posypat potravu, kterou ko\u010dka l\u00ed\u017ee, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu z kapsi\u010dky, tvaroh, jogurt, pa\u0161tiku\u2026 S ur\u010ditou ztr\u00e1tou roz\u0161t\u011bpen\u00edm v tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00edm \u00fastroj\u00ed je kalkulov\u00e1no p\u0159i doporu\u010den\u00e9m d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed. I pouh\u00fdch p\u00e1r procent intaktn\u00edch molekul posta\u010d\u00ed k zabezpe\u010den\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho efektu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b plat\u00ed \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe a proto je spr\u00e1vn\u00fd zp\u016fsob pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed je p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nemocn\u00e9ho zv\u00ed\u0159ete nejm\u00e9n\u011b \u00bd s\u00e1\u010dku na ko\u010dku a den do vymizen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby je mo\u017en\u00e9 bez nebezpe\u010d\u00ed podat i n\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u00edce. Pokud je <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n preventivn\u011b na pos\u00edlen\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, je mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e1vku sn\u00ed\u017eit na \u00bc s\u00e1\u010dku\/den ka\u017edodenn\u011b nebo \u00bd s\u00e1\u010dku \/den s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm jednou za dva a\u017e t\u0159i dny. Z t\u011bchto z\u00e1sad vych\u00e1z\u00ed i obecn\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed k pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>v chovu. Pokud se pokus\u00edme virus zcela eliminovat, je d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, pokud chceme chov udr\u017ert obecn\u011b v dobr\u00e9 kondici s vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed obranyschopnost\u00ed sta\u010d\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed. B\u011bhem b\u0159ezosti a laktace doporu\u010dujeme matce pod\u00e1vat \u00bd s\u00e1\u010dku na den. Ko\u0165at\u016fm lze pod\u00e1vat <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>od chv\u00edle za\u010d\u00e1tku odstavu, to znamen\u00e1 od 4 a\u017e 5. t\u00fddne, p\u0159i um\u011bl\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159\u00edmo do ml\u00e9ka. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je d\u00e1vku pro matku i ko\u0165\u00e1tka impregnovat na granule, kter\u00e9 spot\u0159ebuje rodinka za den. Podle hmotnostn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstk\u016f m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1vku postupn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161it tak, aby na kot\u011b bylo d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed zhruba \u00bc s\u00e1\u010dku na den. U ko\u0165at dr\u017een\u00fdch na vlhk\u00e9 strav\u011b je dob\u0159e aplikovat na povrch, kter\u00fd budou ko\u0165ata olizovat nebo rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd v ml\u00e9ku nebo vod\u011b aplikovat p\u0159\u00edmo do tlami\u010dky dva a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t za den. Pro mal\u00e9 kot\u011b je nejkriti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed po vakcinaci nebo od\u010derven\u00ed. N\u011bkolik dn\u00ed p\u0159ed a po tomto z\u00e1kroku je mo\u017en\u00e9 nepatrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nov\u00e9mu majiteli lze doporu\u010dit, aby <strong>ProBoost \u00ae <\/strong>pou\u017e\u00edval minim\u00e1ln\u011b 14 dn\u016f po p\u0159echodu do nov\u00e9ho domova. Potom lze doporu\u010dit preventivn\u00ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad 2x t\u00fddn\u011b. V \u017eivot\u011b kot\u011bte i dosp\u011bl\u00e9 ko\u010dky je to nap\u0159\u00edklad: v\u00fdstava, opera\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1krok, vakcinace, prohl\u00eddka u veterin\u00e1\u0159e, st\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo p\u0159estavba v byt\u011b, nov\u00fd \u010dlen dom\u00e1cnosti, dovolen\u00e1\u2026. cokoliv, co m\u016f\u017ee ko\u010dku vyv\u00e9st z rutiny a zp\u016fsobit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stres. Krom\u011b propuknut\u00ed FIP m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt takto ko\u010dka chr\u00e1n\u011bna i p\u0159ed jin\u00fdmi infek\u010dn\u00edmi nebo imunitou podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdmi nemocemi.
