Je-li pod\u00e1v\u00e1n TPA a sou\u010dasn\u011b dojde k poklesu po\u010dtu b\u00edl\u00fdch krvinek myeloidn\u00ed linie (konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b do\u0161lo ke granulocytopenii), je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tohoto poklesu prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed infekce, nikoliv TPA.<\/p>\n<p>Thymov\u00fd Protein A je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed n\u011bkolikastup\u0148ov\u011b kontrolovan\u00e9ho procesu a v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jeho p\u016fsoben\u00edm nem\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b. Nen\u00ed to prost\u00fd imunostimulat = \u201eposilova\u010d\u201c, ale integr\u00e1ln\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st aktivace a nastaven\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch regula\u010dn\u00edch mechanism\u016f imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011bdi na nemoc. Bez popt\u00e1vky (infekce) nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 aktivace mo\u017en\u00e1, i kdyby byl Thymov\u00e9ho Proteinu A jak\u00fdkoliv nadbytek. Bez p\u0159\u00edtomnosti patogenu a bez n\u011bkolikastup\u0148ov\u00e9 kontroly, \u017ee se skute\u010dn\u011b jedn\u00e1 o patogen a nikoliv chybnou informaci a podobn\u011b se nestane v\u016fbec nic. Lymfocyty stimuluj\u00ed kostn\u00ed d\u0159e\u0148 k hematopo\u00e9ze pouze p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b endogenn\u00ed pot\u0159eb\u011b, pokud je vysok\u00e1, je vysok\u00e1 i tato stimulace. To d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, proto\u017ee TPA nen\u00ed mitogen a nestimuluje proliferaci. Je to diferencia\u010dn\u00ed sign\u00e1l pro prekurzory T-bun\u011bk kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b, aby dozr\u00e1ly na pln\u011b funk\u010dn\u00ed CD-4 lymfocyty. Majitelce FeLV pozitivn\u00edho kocoura bylo dokonce doporu\u010deno ho vysadit a pou\u017e\u00edt, a\u017e bude jeho stav velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd. Ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve se t\u00edmto postupem poda\u0159ilo u pacienta zcela potla\u010dit soub\u011b\u017enou infekci FIV. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee n\u00e1lo\u017e viru FeLV v krvi byla velmi vysok\u00e1 (kvantitativn\u00ed PCR), doporu\u010dili jsme zv\u00fd\u0161it d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed na 8 mcg na den, aby byla pokryta zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu po aktivovan\u00fdch Th lymfocytech pro eliminaci viru. Po n\u011bkolika t\u00fddnech se u kocoura projevily p\u0159\u00edznaky infekce calicivirem. Byla nasazena antibiotika a soub\u011b\u017en\u011b na doporu\u010den\u00ed veterin\u00e1\u0159e bral imunoglukany, majitelka uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee s frekvenc\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd den. Asi dva t\u00fddny po dobr\u00e1n\u00ed antibiotik byl proveden kontroln\u00ed odb\u011br \u2013 viz. obr\u00e1zek. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto odb\u011bru bylo doporu\u010deno ukon\u010den\u00ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ProBoostu z d\u016fvodu \u201evy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed imunity\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-793703250\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1206704147\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pro\u010d nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, aby Thymov\u00fd Protein A na rozd\u00edl od nespecifick\u00fdch imunostimulant\u016f vy\u010derp\u00e1val imunitu:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">NESPECIFICK\u00c1 IMUNITA <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">V\u011bt\u0161ina imunostimulant\u016f (imunoglukany, zylexis &#8211; zprost\u0159edkovan\u011b, interferony, fosprenyl&#8230;) c\u00edl\u00ed na nespecifickou imunitu. Princip oby\u010dejn\u011b spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee t\u011blu je p\u0159edlo\u017eena informace, kterou imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m myln\u011b vyhodnot\u00ed jako infekci a zareaguje nespecificky (zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se nap\u0159\u00edklad produkce granulocyt\u016f atp.). Stejn\u00e1 nespecifick\u00e1 reakce organismu nastupuje v\u017edy v prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b skute\u010dn\u00e9 infekce. Tento typ odpov\u011bdi nen\u00ed specifick\u00fd, reaguje v\u017edy stejn\u011b, proto funguje i \u201efale\u0161n\u00fd antigen\u201c (imunoglukany&#8230;), kter\u00fd nap\u0159\u00edklad stimuluje kostn\u00ed d\u0159e\u0148 k produkci neutrofil\u016f . Ty jsou k dispozici ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e v krvi pro jakoukoliv jinou skute\u010dnou infekci. Jen\u017ee probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee takto reaguje zdrav\u00fd organismus. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b virem vyvolan\u00e9 imunodeficience je to dvouse\u010dn\u00e1 zbra\u0148. Chronick\u00e1 infekce je pro ka\u017ed\u00fd organismus nesm\u00edrn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee trvale od\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1sobu b\u00edl\u00fdch krvinek zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdch za nespecifickou obranu. Neutrofily maj\u00ed omezenou dobu p\u0159e\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, hynou po 6 a\u017e 12 hodin\u00e1ch. Pokud fagocytuj\u00ed patogen, k \u010demu\u017e jsou <span style=\"color: #000000;\">prim\u00e1rn\u011b ur\u010deny,<\/span> hynou okam\u017eit\u011b. Jsou jen na \u201ejedin\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed\u201c. Je-li jak\u00fdmkoliv zp\u016fsobem, tedy a\u0165 ji\u017e nespecifickou imunostimulac\u00ed nebo skute\u010dnou infekc\u00ed indukov\u00e1na popt\u00e1vka po t\u011bchto krvink\u00e1ch, mus\u00ed se v kostn\u00ed d\u0159eni vytvo\u0159it nov\u00e9. Je nasnad\u011b, \u017ee u akutn\u00edch i chronick\u00fdch vir\u00f3z, kdy je pot\u0159eba t\u011bchto bun\u011bk vysok\u00e1 a nav\u00edc pokud dojde ke kombinaci obou t\u011bchto infekc\u00ed (akutn\u00ed = calicivirus, chronick\u00e1 = oncornavirus FeLV), doch\u00e1z\u00ed k vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b a k p\u0159echodn\u00e9 neutropenii. Nasazen\u00ed imunoglukan\u016f nebo jin\u00fdch nespecifick\u00fdch imunostimulant\u016f situaci v d\u0159eni je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed popt\u00e1vku po t\u011bchto bu\u0148k\u00e1ch. Pro FeLV je trval\u00e1 nebo ob\u010dasn\u00e1 neutropenie vcelku typick\u00e1. Krom\u011b prost\u00e9ho vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee na jej\u00edm vzniku pod\u00edlet i mutace FeLV-C, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 destrukci rodi\u010dovsk\u00fdch hematopoetick\u00fdch bun\u011bk<span style=\"color: #000000;\">. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ok<\/span>ud virus infikuje prekurzory, z nich\u017e vznik\u00e1 linie neutrofil\u016f, dojde k trval\u00e9mu deficitu t\u011bchto bun\u011bk. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">FCV \u2013 felinn\u00ed calicivirus zp\u016fsobuje neutropenii. A transient mild to moderate lymphopenia was seen in some cats of both groups from day 1 to 6 after FCV Challenge I (Figure 6d). A transient decrease in the eosinophilic count was detected in all cats after FCV Challenge I and mild eosinopenia was seen in one cat of the vaccine group on day 3, and in two cats of the vaccine group and in four cats of the control group on day 6 after FCV Challenge I (Figure 6e). By day 9, the eosinophil count was back to the reference range in all cats. No values outside the reference range were detected for basophils. There were no significant differences between the groups regarding banded neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, monocytes and basophils. Subsequently, the virus spreads systemically and is secreted in saliva, respiratory secretions, faeces and urine. Shedding occurs for approximately 2 weeks but may last for months to years. Typically, cats develop lymphopenia and neutropenia, potentially with fever, conjunctivitis, rhinitis and vesicular stomatitis. Because vesicles rupture within hours to days, small inflamed, painful erosions are more typical.
